What we collect

When you apply to the schools design-partner programme, we collect your work email, professional role, organisation, organisation type, optional size and MIS information, and any workflow-level context you choose to provide. Please do not send information about children or families.

Why and how we use it

We use this information with your consent to assess the enquiry, respond, and manage a possible design-partner relationship. It is held in a dedicated schools-enquiry database and is not joined to parent-product or research data.

Verification and hosting

Cloudflare Turnstile processes limited technical information to prevent automated abuse. Cloudflare Workers hosts this website and may process standard request and security logs. We do not use cross-property advertising profiles or sell your information.

Retention and rights

Unsuccessful or inactive enquiries are reviewed for deletion after 12 months. You may withdraw consent or ask for access, correction or deletion by emailing privacy@lyceumlabs.com. UK data-protection rights and exceptions apply.
